My 4-2-3-1 Tiki-Taka tactic used at Monaco during my first season at Monaco where we won the title with 100 points and made the UCL semi finals. Not the most original tactic in the world, basic premise is to press the living hell out of the opposition, win the ball high and hold possession until the opposition make a mistake. Majority of the chances fall to the IF(S) on the right or the CF(A) up front with the Winger on the left, the DLP(S) or Enganche creating the large majority of chances. I have not tested it with other sides but most likely will only work with very good players as you need good passing, technique, vision and composure on the vast majority of players to avoid silly mistakes in buildup. Main issues with the tactic is getting caught in possession and getting caught with a simple over the top ball.
