Lost activation Code - General Discussion - FM24

hey im not sure if this is the right place, if not I apologise but I bought my preorder from sortitoutsi and my email account I got my code to upgrade to the full version isn't working I therefore need it sent again to a new email address please tell me this is possible

I had the same issue although it was with GameSeek. I contacted them directly and they sent me it the next day.

Try and find a moderator or member of the admin team and they should be able to help.

Just a thought.

Checked my e-mail from GreenMan Gaming and they have only sent me a BETA code. Will they send me another one for the full game?

They should do, if it is a boxed version you have ordered it will be in the box. If it's online (I assume) it will be emailed to you

It was a digital copy I ordered I'm sure. So they should e-mail me a new code.

I have e-mailed them to ask about it.

Are you meant to have received 2 separate codes? As in 1 for the BETA and one for the full game?

Sorry for the delayed reply, your issue is probably sorted now!

But yes, unless you purchased directly from steam you should have received a second code.

Here lads, I've bought a (boxed) copy of the game and have installed it and everything, but don't seem to have access to the editor in Steam. I've had a look around this forum and everyone seems to suggest that I need to activate the game to get access to it - but this has never been an option, I haven't been prompted to do so. So my questions are 1) how do I activate the game?, and 2) how am I able to play the game when I haven't activated it?! I've installed it on two different computers and not been asked to activate either time!
