Liverpool - December 2026

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xGtB4USvLrxUS6sQnKzjPzdbYWzPollS1aQwxSeg.png

And so into the festive month we go and to be fair its been a pretty grande season to date for me here at Liverpool. Its had its ups, mainly, but there has been a couple of downs this season. Could we continue till the end of the calender year and really push ourselves on for the second half of the season...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/WIrwToDxQUATBoqrTGxmX3zpZMJ7EWUm5oE0ZBB8.png

Into December and it was another good month, as you can see it took a game to get running but once City were out the way we went on to remain unbeaten for the remaining seven games this festive period which saw us end the calender year in great form and position.

A poor start to December saw us slip to a three one defeat to Manchester City, away from home. Bull gave us the lead after nine minutes but it went down hill quickly from then on, losing out three one.

At home we welcomed Arsenal and thought back with two late goals to secure a victory against the title chasing rivals. We trailed one nil early on before Sterling levelled things before the break. Second half we went two one down but then turned it around. Gutierrez netting two in four minutes to secure a three two win.

It stayed as plain sailing in Europe as we welcomed Porto and stuffed them five nil. Bull netting first before Mandjeck netted before the break to double our lead. He had a second in the second half before Pujol and Duval netted to secure the five nil win and a perfect group stage.

A trip to London saw us face Fulham and come out on top with a second clean sheet on the bounce, a two nil win thanks to second half goals from Sterling and Pujol secured our winning ways.

At home welcoming Brighton in the Capital One Cup Quarter Finals we relied on penalties for a second round running to see us through. It was one nil to us before the break thanks to Bull but the travelling side levelled and forced extra time and then a penalty shootout. We went on to win the shootout four two, sending us through the the Semi Final where we faced Aston Villa. The Other Semi Final is Chelsea vs Man United, avoiding the big teams!

Welcoming Sunderland saw us record a three one victory. Sabatino and Bull netted one each in the opening seven minutes to put us into cruise control. Bull had a second before the break. Sunderland pulled one back but purely a consolation.

My first Merseyside derby saw us travel to Everton and slip to a one all draw. A goalless yet fiesty first half saw us go in level. Second half Sabatino opened the scoring, putting us in front but again we conceded to slip to two points dropped.

We ended the month and calender year at home welcoming QPR and beat them three nil, our third clean sheet this month and fifth victory in eight. Barbosa netted in fourteen minutes for us before Sabatino made it two nil. Gutierrez netted in the second half to secure the win.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/rU7DnvS90AbLBLv60nE95D8AsAfOW0PBBVhryWDX.png

We are now at the halfway stage in the league and Manchester City continue to lead the way, not too far behind them we sit second, trailing by just four points whilst Arsenal wrap up the top three going into the New Year sitting just two points behind us. Chelsea are struggling big time down in eleventh so far this season whilst Fulham struggle in the relegation zone.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/bOVZbFq3HWmRnmJYCsQp87y6gU1wg6Pv10kclMCr.png

A superb Champions League group for us sees us top it with ease. We were the only side to win six games from six out of the whole group stages which is pleasing. We also scored for fun and kept a tight defence in Europe, seeing us end with a goal difference of plus twenty three after six games. Dortmund through in second with Porto facing Europa League action and M.Haifa heading out pointless. We face Benfica in the First Knockout Round, a tie I'm expecting to win.

A very good month Dan although frustrating to drop points to City I'm sure. Looking at the teams around you it seems to be that Liverpool are conceding far too many goals and actually sit in the bottom half in terms of goals against. Time to reinforce in January?

And I'm bet you were glad to keep that first(?) clean sheet in the Premier League against your 'former' club Fulham. It's tight up there, four points behind Manchester United so it's quite good with half the season gone.

I expect you to wrap up the league, COC and FA Cup and leave England.

Thanks DP91, its expected though, City are in superb form at the moment so will be tough to catch them. We are conceding a lot but I haven't got the money to spend at the moment to strengthen!

Thanks Wilc94, it sure is close, but we need to hold out nerve! In the Champions League we are superb

My first clean sheet came in the opening month I believe Shedender but keeping one against Fulham was pleasing enough. We're also four points behind City, not United, not a chance of ticking off four trophies this year mate.

So into another New Year we absolutely fly, 2027 is upon us and its been a great start to the calender year from my side. A busy January to kickstart the New Year was hard to cope with but as stated, the boys done brilliantly with the way they did start. With games in three different competitions, the league, FA Cup and Capital One Cup, could we keep all three alive.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/lrMCeuVNzFxGiVpTIlM0bKskyGGrkGqyHLgkaBDW.png

A superb season we are having was made even sweeter by the superb January we just produced. Seven matches, seven wins, we also managed to bag four clean sheets which hopefully means the defence is beginning to tighten up, that'd be pleasing! We are also still alive in all four competitions this season.

We beat Tottenham in the FA Cup Third Round to kick off the month, a three nil win saw us comfortably through. Gutierrez and Jones netting in the opening six minutes before Sabatino made it three nil in twenty minutes.

Staying at home we welcomed Southampton and smashed them for seven as we won seven one! Bull netted first with Sabatino netted a superb hatrick. Gutierrez Henderson and Sterling all also got on the scoresheet in this romping victory.

Our first away game of 2027 saw us face Swansea in Wales and record a late one nil win. Soares netted just three minutes from time.

Back at home we welcomed Aston Villa and beat them four nil in the Capital One Cup Semi Final, first leg we won four nil. Dominant! Bull nette twice with Gutierrez and Sterling both finding the net.

Back to back four nil wins as we travelled to League One side Barrow in the FA Cup Fourth round. Bull scoring for fun this season, netting another hatrick here with Gutierrez also netting another.

The Capital One Cup Semi Final Second Leg saw us travel to Aston Villa and beat them five two to give us a nine two victory over the two legs. Sabatino netted twice, Bull netted twice, Gutierrez also grabbed another goal.

The final game of January saw us travel to Burnley where we played out a seven goal thriller. They ended with ten men which is just before Soares netted the winner. Before then Sabatino, Borecki and an own goal sent us to a narrow win.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xhh6ygOe7RLg3tXKHqNWIfZKh3YbD9Hx0t1X2wvV.png

Its getting closer at the top of the pile. Arsenal lead the way by a point over us in second however we have a game in hand, meaning we can go to the top of the pile. City sit just a point behind us, we are closing in but there is still a long way to go this season.

Oh? Apologies because I must have missed that clean sheet mate. That's a perfect way to kick off 2027 and you're also still deep in the title race which is excellent news and Newcastle aren't doing too bad as well so it's all well. It's weird to see Brighton in the Premier League as well.

Liverpool - February 2027

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xGtB4USvLrxUS6sQnKzjPzdbYWzPollS1aQwxSeg.png

Flying into February in superb form and fashion we were really starting to make a name for ourselves this year. We still stood alive in all competitions this year and could make it a short season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/EGdmSLDPNlVlhIEWGV59wZNxiAYHTnQxMqfJwEj3.png

The month started very strongly as we continued our winning ways with four more wins to kick start the month. Whilst it then went down hill, failing to win in two games before the big Capital One Cup Final against Manchester United, a first trophy for me at Liverpool...?

We got revenge on Manchester United after they beat us six one at home, we beat them six two at home. Bull netted four for us that really pushed us on. Gutierrez also netted a brace whilst Sabatino also struck one for us, a superb revenge win!

A trip to Tottenham saw us claim a three nil win, a massive clean sheet. Gutierrez netted a hatrick for us as well, after a brace he netted last game, we need his form to continue.

A trip to Watford in the FA Cup fifth round was routine for us, a four one win. Bull netted first for us with Gutierrez and Henderson following up. Sabatino also grabbed one before the break as we were four nil up at one point, before conceding second half.

Welcoming West Ham we left it late to win three two against them. We trailed early on before Sabatino levelled before the break. We trailed again in the second half. However in the final ten minutes Gutierrez an then Borecki to net late on, securing the three two victory.

Our first draw in ages saw us welcomed Chelsea and it would end all square. Chelsea led inside ten minutes but we levelled to grab a point as Soares netted.

A trip to Portugal saw us face and lose out to Benfica. We were very poor and deservedly lost out, it was our first defeat in ages and doesn't put us in great shape for the final that was coming up net.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/7SG5ziqxO7VSrsmP9IAHNIDRsdFVDVAK2LGiDkdR.png

It wasn't to be!! We lost in the Capital One Cup Final, just! We lost out one nil to our fierce rivals Manchester United and it was a Ferguson who dealt the blow. Andrew Ferguson netted from the six yard box after a mistake in our back line which saw us lose out.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/NCoZ0DEuy8kiCRCYydpSwK5u3o2zSXUVdukw4Cch.png

Arsenal sit top of the table and lead their way my two points over Manchester City, we drop to third, just three points off the top but the good news is we still have two games in hand to tighten up the league and hopefully take a grip of the top spot!

Into March and after failing to win in three games at the end of February, including losing out in the Capital One Cup Final, we really had to try and turn our game on now. We remained in the League and FA Cup with a good chance of scooping one or both if we were lucky. We also needed a comeback against Benfica if we were to remain in Europe this season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/qIurH5x51Er5g5877VR1MUG7gZdWKwx38ruDCNVs.png

A perfect month on paper for us, five games and five wins which also saw us play in three different competitions and keep two clean sheets. However the closer eyed viewers will realise we haven't done enough against Benfica to pass into the next round.

We began with a double header against Charlton first a trip to them in the league where we ran away with a five two victory. We played very well returning to winning ways as Sabatino netted twice in the first half, both within two minutes of each other. Bull, Gutierrez and Sterling netting late second half goals.

We then welcomed Charlton in the FA Cup Sixth Round which saw us win four one, another dominant win. Bull netted a hatrick for us, a spot kick to seal it at the end whilst Sabatino netted as well. The Semi Final draws us against West Ham, once again avoiding Chelsea and Man United who battle it out in the other Semi Final.

Staying at home we welcomed Middlesbrough and continued our fine league form lately, winning three one here. We were behind early doors but shortly level as Sabatino levelled. Second half an own goal put us infront before Bull made it three one and put it beyond doubt.

We then welcomed Benfica, the Portugal side led two nil after the first leg but we beat them here, just one nil, Sabatino netting after twenty three minutes. However we then lost a man due to a sending off and that was that, we were out!

We ended the month with back to back clean sheets as we travelled to Stoke and beat them two nil, thanks to two goals in the second half. Sabatino and Gruezo both netting.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/5fS2CmH2EtaBSGwaeaAcHZu2imxnM3XrmlqcVBzz.png

Arsenal remain in the lead at the top of the pile, just leading us in second on goal difference! This is where our leaky defence is beginning to be a problem this season as we are level on points with the league leaders. City now sit seven points behind us in third, so hopefully we are in for a top two finish, we also have a game in hand which can see us move three points clear of Arsenal.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/v3yYIXm0Y9ssFzCoZvzhw78xSrBWZGFGA4CakYCL.png

And that will do nicely, its been twelve seasons, nearly thirteen now I think, and my courses have been funded by so many different teams it'd take me ages to remember. But at long last, I have the highest qualification going, the Continental Pro Licence which will surely help link me to the best and biggest jobs in the world!

'grats on securing all of your coaching badges, now you're 'free' to become the best manager in the world. As for this season, it's still very tight at the top of the table and it's going to be a tense run in but at least you've a game in hand, so hopefully you pick up maximum points in that.

Soon to be champions of England? It's going to be a hard nine game run in for you. Good luck.

Liverpool - April 2027

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xGtB4USvLrxUS6sQnKzjPzdbYWzPollS1aQwxSeg.png

Instead of being the usual final month of the season for me, April would be the penultimate month now we are in the top tier as we'd see games going into May. So as we went into April we were just left in two competitions, the league and the FA Cup after bowing out the Capital One Cup two months ago and the Champions League last month, could we keep both competitions alive.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/nepWX4NT4oLZBXMKRPATK2oWictAmu16XR0O7795.png

Well what can I say about April that isn't obvious, it all started so well but soon pettered out and left us wondering if we've blown it. Two heavy four one defeats, the good news is we are in the FA Cup Final.

We beat Brighton at home to kick off the month, also keeping a clean sheet. Our two goals came late on as Borecki netted twelve minutes from time and Gutierrez netted in the final minute.

We then beat Newcastle four goals to one, another confident showing and result. Gutierrez this time netting twice whilst Sabatino also netted two as the two of them continued this superb partnership.

A trip to Aston Villa saw us fall to a shock four one defeat after we went ahead through Mandjeck. We lost two players, one to a red card and one to injury after using all my subs. We ended up conceding three in the final ten minutes as well.

Welcomed Manchester City we grabbed a two all draw. Sabatino netted twice in the first half for us whilst we conceded two in the second half.

In the FA Cup we travelled to Wembley to face West Ham and won one nil. The only goal of the game coming in the nineteenth minute when Bull netted. In the Final we'll face our fierce rivals, none over than Manchester United.

We finished the month with a trip to Arsenal and lost for the second time this month by four goals to one. Our goal came from Sabatino but we played poorly and gave the title challengers some hope here.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/QANbFyZXTpqZpMEQoF8v0DSwz700UTrIalFMBP2l.png

Well, despite the two four one defeats, we remain in control of the league and our fate for the end of the season. We lead second place Arsenal by a single point and with them having a greater goal difference these final four games need to be perfect from us now! It won't be easy though and we'll end the month with the FA Cup Final.

Into the final month of the league season and we remained in two of the four competitions we started in this season. We were out the Capital One Cup, losing finalist whilst also surprisingly crashing out the Champions League against Benfica. However our sights were now pinned on the league and FA Cup Final at the end of the month, we went into the month a point clear of Arsenal at the top of the pile.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/YfcH6cwx9EBlNPxLSIjwPXVfH5Mi7mw9iMLWE136.png

Not a bad final month considering, however we have dropped two points which could swing the title back to Arsenal, more on that one later. We picked up three wins and a draw in the league and saw three clean sheets on the bounce to end our league season. We then faced our old rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup Final.

First up, welcoming my former side Fulham who we came to a narrow win two one over. Both goals came early on as Sabatino netted after twenty one minutes and Bull made it two nil five minutes after. Fulham' goal came in the second half, but it proved nothing but a mere consolation strike.

A trip to Sunderland saw us grab a brilliant four nil victory. Two goals in the first half and then two goals in the second half saw us run riot here. Gutierrez netted first for us before Sabatino soon finished one to. Borecki made it three nil shortly after the restart before Sterling completed the rout second half.

A Merseyside derby came as we welcomed Everton and we both played out a boring nil nil draw.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/BhDyE0Hhg2nQKrGkipamRga8ppO9GLaDmJWnSKI8.png

Three clean sheets on the bounce came as we travelled to Q.P.R and ended the league season with the title! We were crowned Premier League champions here. It was from a Massimilian Sabatino spot kick which saw us secure the win after just seven minutes.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/1BjLX2w7YCCHEzYAwbVleLSzdyu92GTs8fp5WAVt.png

We end the league season as title champions, the Premier League champions! We beat Arsenal to the title by just three points come the end in this tight run in. We ran away by scoring the most in the league this season, our defence was a bit leaky, ending up with the twelfth worst record this year. The Manchester clubs finish third and fourth to secure the Champions League spots.Fulham survive also by just three points!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/k02KO4oQ5c7V6WFiuKLHAtUfhujVgzMRquIpuf89.png

The double secured! FA Cup champions in this seven goal thriller! What a game, what a win, what a season it ended up being! We got off to a flyer, Raheem Sterling the man to put us ahead after just three minutes. And he was the man to make it two nil in the twenty sixth minute. United had one back before the break and second half went to level in the fifty third minute, seeing the score now at two a piece. Bull put us back in front in the seventieth minute before in the eighty ninth minute, United were level again at three a piece. The winner came straight from kick off as we went down the other end and saw Armindo Fernandes net the winner and send the Liverpool fans into raptures.

Actions Up Until 7th June 2027

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xGtB4USvLrxUS6sQnKzjPzdbYWzPollS1aQwxSeg.png

With the league season now ended we had the big end of season awards do and I knew from the start these would be massive for us this season as we were set to scoop our fair share and after the season we've had its not a surprise. We reached two cup finals, winning one of them whilst we also won the league title by three points.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/r4cQ5kLMnEo8j2MNPGdX7PQd0u0sW6cYyttyl37g.png

As I said, we scooped our fair share of awards come the end. I was named Manager of the year, I believe this is my first annual managerial award at the end of the year. I know I haven't won it in the Championship or League one, not sure in League Two either. Jordan Henderson netted the goal of the season. Gutierrez was named Football Writers Footballer of the Year after scoring twenty one in thirty four games, rating seven point eight two. And then the Golden Boot Award was dedicated to Massimiliano Sabatino who netted twenty nine league goals this year.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/j6PfwVEtWmHXTc7XtSxoTLfFPM75nAnGIDK8pQTT.png

Gutierrez then went on to be named in another award, a big one to. He was named UEFA Best Player in Europe. With thirty one goals this season in all competitions in fifty one games and averaging a rating of seven point eight seven, it shows how valuable he was to us this year.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ToYYmBjWDuQzyGi5dDs6M7pZoF9PtvnkZ2t1O2Lf.png

I'm really beginning to make my way up the footballing ladder and now the ladder of the Hall of Fame. Delighted to be named one of the top English managers. I'm not at the top yet, but sit sixth, some way off Bob Paisley at the top following his Liverpool reign though.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/D5l4wHYWcdeYTXRjNfR3TPGdWpQBqtA9yitZ1EpV.png

Now this may come as a surprise to you. I've resigned from Liverpool, but more about this shortly. After three hundred and thirty three days I have resigned from Liverpool but successfully so it must be said. From the fifty eight games I faced here we won forty five of them (seventy seven percent) whilst losing eight and drawing the remaining five. Along the way we scored one hundred and fifty seven goals, conceding seventy two goals (a goal difference of plus eighty five). We scooped the FA Cup and League title. After this I realised I should of stayed on for the Community Shield, but there was a reason for this resignation.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/fFAkDUCO4zClufjiz7Mez1eofDAwbtNXbTEvvQz4.png

Thats right, the Redbull Salzburg job had become available once more and I had declared my interest in it which they were flattered by. However there would be a hurdle in this application in the fact they couldn't afford the compensation to buy me out my current contract. This is the reason for my resignation, I said all along if the RBS job became available I'd have to go for it.

Well, you can now agree with me that you wouldn't have needed more than two more seasons to finish England? I do understand why you leave though. You can win the remaining with quite a few English teams. But there's only one team in Austria. However sleezy it may be...

Thanks Johno the RBS job is important because its the best chance of ticking off the two trophies here in Austria. The best chance I have I feel.

I agree Itchycoo if I had stayed we were in with a shot to win the community shield at the start of the season then would only require the Capital One Cup but I'll be back in England thats for sure. As you say there are a few teams we can win them with so its not as restrictive as I feel this opportunity is in Austria.

Yes it sure should be DP91 and I hope to be back in England next year to try and complete the journey there. Hopefully its the right time to move.

Another New Step - June 2027

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/wSGGjJbJhJCoWsRMjczN80efVH6LdECc3iRPI3pV.png

It was inevitable, or at least I would hope so after the statement they made. I left Liverpool and applied for the vacancy. The Austrian giants have suffered over the last couple of years but I was hoping this would be a one, maybe two season job. A superb transfer budget and superb wage budget available to me and that was it, I was hired here at Red bull Salzburg.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/ozK1gBtSqOrrnPYfWoqdL90KKGFva4NuDn6hS8Xx.png

The finances at the club are looking superb. With just short of thirty million pounds in the bank balance and eight million pounds of that to spend on transfers theres now reason we can't strengthen to challenge for the title this year. We also have a massive gap in the wage budget which I hope to use as much as I can.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/AtSGQ8ZVUYIpLvUfRUYrNvCQ7eRe1qxWQM1F7vmi.png

The squad really isn't looking that great, too many young players, non talented players in the squad so be prepared for a busy transfer window as we do have quite a few players already that have the quality, but we do also need to improve to secure a first league title in three years.

Well, this is the Austrian Tipico Bundesliga history, the top tier here in Austria and well Red bull Salzburg dominant the first handful of seasons here in this career. In fact they won it twelve seasons straight, the main reason I wanted the job. But the last two years have seen them falter slightly, I'm hoping this is the year I can claim it back!

No wonder fucking Salzburg haven't won the league in 2 seasons, such a shit squad. Are you sure the job was still appealing mate? Good luck.

Yeah the squad looks very poor Shedender and explains the terrible last two seasons, but I'm here to fix that

Liverpool had won trophies in this career prior to my appointment Bukinapreto, I wouldn't say moving to RBS is a 'weird move' as I've said since I've left Austria that its the one job I feel I 'need' in Austria.

Back to Austria, back where this career began many years and pages ago, but this time we are seeking the two remaining trophies here in Austria, the top division title and the cup title. With those two in mind, I wanted to get straight into business, the media told us their expectations for the season and then I got to work.

Good news first of all, despite not winning the title in the last two seasons the bookies at Betclic have still named us favourites for the league title and this pleases me. Knowing they expect us to win it, the board expect us to win it and I've told the players I expect the league title.

A busy summer in the transfer window as I wanted to build a squad capable of running away with the league title. First I had to get rid of any deadwood and there was a fair bit of it. On the day I arrived I released twelve players from the first team! I've now ended up releasing thirteen players whilst we lost a player on a free to FC Liefering, our younger squad, my first club whilst Kovacec and Luis went out on loan.

On the 'ins' list this summer its also been quite busy, not quite as much but we've done good business with some big sides in Europe. Toquinho joins for just under five million from Bahia whilst Jules Martins joins from PSG on loan for the season. Kwiatowski was a deal done by the previous manager, bringing a third keeper to the squad whilst I brought in Pedro Duarte from United and Jaroslaw Bartkowski from FC Bayern, both on free deals.

Much happier with the way the squad sits now. I never feel we need three keepers in the squad so will try and get rid of one, even if I have to release one before the window closes. Midfield is probably our strongest area on the pitch right now but I'm more than confident we have the right strength in the back line and going forward.

A superb summer on the pitch against a couple of bigger teams as well. We ended up beating Sion, Celtic and Le Havre who I am very pleased we beat. In total this summer we played seven games which saw us win all seven. Along the way we kept four clean sheets whilst conceding four goals and scoring thirty two goals, thats pleasing for me.

Squad looks much stronger now and favourites to win the league as well I see. This season should be a piss in the breeze, at least the league should while the cup depends on who you draw. Good luck.

Definitely does Shedender, it was important we strengthened up the squad and now I'm hoping we can make it work on the pitch this season.

The competitive side of football back in Austria was set to begin once again here and I was hoping we could get on the road and running straight away this season. The board tipped us for the title as did the media. I made big changes this summer but would it work instantly or take time to gel.

Well, thats just the start we needed to make to the competitive season. We were in three different competitions to kick off the season and month, with us in the OFB-Cup First Round, Europa League action as well as league action. And we kept strong with six wins from six games.

We began by welcoming SK Sturm Graz and ran to a two nil win to kick off the OFB-Cup First Round. Our first goal under my reign came as Marcelo netted just before the half hour mark whilst Lullic netted four minutes from time securing our passage through to the Second Round.

Europa League action next and a trip to Kerkyra who we went on to beat three one. We trailed at half time and played poorly. But second half we improved. Mane netted twice for us with Luis netting in between Mane' two to secure a three one away win.

At home we welcomed SV Mattersburg to kick of the league season and played well. We were behind after four minutes but second half came back to win. Renard netted first for us to bring us level before Mane netting to secure the win.

Staying at home we welcomed Kerkyra in the Second leg of the Europa League Second Qualifying round and this time around beat them six goals to one. Marcelo netted after just three minutes to get the ball rolling. Goals followed from Mane, Sousa, Amaral, Luis and Mandi which secured the big six one victory and nine two aggregate score.

Our second and final league game of the month saw us travel to SK Rapid Wien who were tipped to play strongly against us. But this game was not close. We ran away with it winning four nil. Lulic netted a spot kick and our only first half goal Second half Amaral, Renard and Mane all netted to secure the comfortable win.

We ended the month with back to back clean sheets and our third in six games as we welcomed Hajduk in the Europa League Third Qualifying Round. Mane netted after three minutes with Mendes netting after eight minutes, seeing us two goals up. Toquinho netted his first goal of the season since joining before the break too.

Well, we aren't the only unbeaten side after the opening two games and nor are we top. Current league title holders LASK Linz sit top having played a game more but have a point more than us. We are the only side to play two and win two. FC Wacker Innsbruck are the other unbeaten side and the side we face in our game in hand. They've drawn both their games to date.
