Depends on the player, the role I'll be using him in and his age. There isn't a right answer to your question, infact I'd argue you're asking the wrong question.

i use balanced on low and high intensity ind training on specific role in the team for each player

i focus on bettering the strengths of a player.no negative time on training to waste.they also train better when doing things they are good it.its win win
