Swiss League expansion

This is the expansion of the Swiss league down to the 5th level, with a stance to playing with one of the Liechtenstein teams by also opening up the 6th and 7th level for the East Swiss region (OFV) where the Liechtenstein teams play (1 out of 13 regions at the 6th level only).

99% true to life rules and kits, but a few compromises had to be made:

1 Liga playoffs are supposed to contain 2 top teams across the 3 groups plus the 2 best second place. However this wouldn't validate due to bugginess in the editor (worked fine in the last 2 versions of FM) so 3 teams qualify form group 2 and 3 and only 2 from group 1 as a compromise

Opening up OFV region only so all Liechtenstein teams are playable + the reserve teams of Vaduz, Balzers & Eschen/Mauren get competitive league action, whilst keeping the other regions at this level inactive intentional as otherwise generates too many players in the Swiss database I feel (plus would take hours/days to set up!).

However compromise is winners of the top OFV league cannot get promoted into the top 5 tiers of the overall Swiss structure (as they would in real life)

Try as I might, I could not get U18 leagues beyond the Default Elite ones to validate (again due to editor bugginess- worked fine in FM18)

Have partially made the teams qualifying for the Swiss Cup true to life in terms of collecting right number of teams from the each division/level, but have not set up the qualifying cups within each divison/level that do this in real life with the exception of the OFV region (possible to do, but difficult as number of teams in each level eligible to qualify fluctuates depending on number of Liechtenstein and U21 teams in each division each season, particularly with this year's editor bugs)

Although there is a new option in the editor to set maximum number of U21 teams in the 1 Liga Promotion to 4 as real life, which I have ticked, it's not working in game

Validated in the advance rules, plus run until 22/23 with no crashes or noticeable problems (apart from 8 U21 teams ending up in 1.Liga Promotion)
