*No longer need to run MLS league on background
*European leagues start in July instead of January (affected by MLS)
*Neutral stadiums spread throughout the world instead of just USA
*Awards - MVP, best GK, Best Scorer, Best 11, etc..
*Fixed final money award (50 Mil) for the winner

32 teams, 5 Rounds, "win or go home" style. Games are now spread throughout the world instead of the USA only.
If your team qualify for this tournament, it will be played in pre-season a few months later instead of the year after
like the first version of this file.
Each game, 5Mil for the winner, 1M for the loser. Big prize 50M for the winner and 25M for the finalist.
