1 - Unzip the downloaded file.
2 - Copy the panels folder to My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2014
3 - Load up your game and go to Preferences > Interface then click on 'clear cache' and 'reload skin'
4 - Now start a new game and you will see the 'Huge' option when choosing your database size
