@claassen Does the French Update also include the Ligue 2? There also seems to be a problem with TV-money... Thank you!

Yes, Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 fixed for the TV money.
Hi Claassen, pls add South Africa Third Stage (SAFA Second Divisions)
I think there is an issue with Martinique, as it gives me a notification about the amount of teams not being correct.

Also, do you need to load in every file in order to use the continental cup files? For the OFC CL, for example, do you need all of the Oceania files to use that one correctly? Would be a huge load on my CPU, right?
@kranjcar23 Yes, perhaps but Africa leagues are very annoying to do, because of bad database.

@MatthewFR23 Yes, for Martinique, it's a conflict with the CFU Championship. Like every year, the CFU Championship is complicated to set. But I will correct.
And no, not need to load every file for use the continental cup files.
Hi Have downloaded on apple mac, im being prompted with there is no application to open this file. Where am I going wrong?
Hi Have downloaded on apple mac, im being prompted with there is no application to open this file. Where am I going wrong?

@Ceri Phillips You need to use a program like 7zip to open the rar file or a Mac equivalent
@claassen Hmmm, then something must be wrong in the database. I remember you made the NZ leagues able to have promotion/relegation before, circa FM15, but this year's, I've found you can't get into or get out of the top flight

This is the case in real life. Just like the MLS, the NZFC has no promotion/relegation system.

Hi @claassen. Thanks for great work

I have a question - are You planning to create (is it even possible?) recently announced CONCACAF League of Nations?

http://www.concacaf.com/article/concacaf-league-of-nations-confirmed
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CONCACAF_League_of_Nations

«This comment has been edited»
Yes but I'll do it when we know more about the format and the participating teams.
Because for the moment, there is not much information ...
@claassen The rules state that the french national league only has 3 teams relegated but in actual fact this is not true it is the bottom 4 teams that are relegated.

I know you didn't create the french update but could you see if 4 teams are relegated and 4 teams from the national 2 promoted?
@ATP : This year, the French National League has 17 teams. So, there is only 3 relegated for this year ( http://www.scoresway.com/?sport=soccer&page=competition&id=57 ) , for 4 teams promoted.
From season 2018/2019, with the update, there will be well 18 teams in National 1 league with 4 relegated

- Moldova: Fix minor rules
- Ukraine: Fix rules for 3rd division
- Central American countries: Fix continental qualification (work in progress)
Amazing! Thank you for your work. Can you estimate, until when you will be able to do the NASL? I would love to integrate it into my longterm save...
Awesome !
Canadian league and USA lower division updates would be very very appreciated.
Do you think you can make an austria file now?
The problems should be solved after yesterdays patch (i think so)
Is there a limit of championships that I can enter? in the past years no more than a certain number of files could be inserted in the "editor data" folder
Thanks

Since last year, it seems that you can use all the files together.
Maybe the change to 64 bits has resolved that issue.

I haven't tried this year but last year, I put all of the update at once and didn't have any problem.
It must be the same this year. I'm just waiting for Claassen to finish his update to start my master save.

Just put the file(s) you want to use directly (i.e. NOT in sub-folders) in Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2018 / editor data.
Changes to 21/12/2017
- 5 new updates:
North America: Antigua&Barbuda, Mexico, USA
Continental Competitions: Concacaf League, Concacaf Champion's League

Improvements:
- Mali: Fix bugs with Somali teams to Mali.
- Andorra, Ukraine, Wales: fix minor rules
- San Marino: Added the support match if less than 4 points difference between the 3rd and 4th of each groups
- Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Venezuela and New-Zealand: fix continental qualifications (100% real) (which had been destroyed with patch 18.2)
- Reworked the 7 Central American updates + the CFU Championship, in link with the Concaf League & Champion's League, for real continental qualifications for this 2 competitions (notepad file explicative included on that).
- OFC Champions League: Added 1/4 finals, from 2018, like IRL
- Ligue des Antilles: fix for the 4th of leagues of Guadeloupe and Martinique
- Mediterranean Games: Added 2018 version (then 2021, 2025..etc)
@claassen I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the New Zealand continental qualification is all messed up. I won the league and playoffs with Tasman United (Southern United came second place in both), so going into the next season, I was expecting the OFCL. Much to my surprise, neither me nor Southern was selected to go, instead it was Auckland City and Hawke's Bay.

Auckland: https://gyazo.com/07399e3d923da38e83c76edcc87d3170 Hawke's Bay:https://gyazo.com/c89509c5adbc090c1584b4407f2ccda8

Now, if you coded it so that the season prior's, results get to go, then that still wouldn't make sense for HB, as they haven't been in the top 4 at all UNTIL this season, where they are 2nd place behind Auckland. Looking at the previous teams that have gone to the CL, they all were either table winners or runners up during that season.

This season: https://gyazo.com/9fd248dbf4e82c62f03d4742be2a84fe
Last season: https://gyazo.com/75f7245952819343d3755cda58b144ab

Could it be that the continental qualifications have been misplaced so that it only selects the top 2 teams on the table at the time of the CL draw? If so, how did that even happen?
