Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013/graphics/kits/put in here!
If there is no graphics folder there, create 'graphics'
FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.
Any problem - please go to this thread - SS Help/Discussion Thread

Tried that and it not the problem. There are no kits for:
Atletico Paranese
Betim EC
CRB
Criciuma
Goias
Gremio Barueri
Guarani
EC Vitoria

That's what I did man. I don't think you realise what the problem is. If you go into the Brazil Serie B folder there are NO kits (home/away/third) for the teams that I mentioned. Check yourself if you don't believe me. I downloaded the folder twice to make sure.

CRB are in Brazil Serie C thats we havent make for Serie C tho.

I was loading the game for Brazil January 2012, not December 2012 :p
Are there any plans for Brazil Serie C, or the State Championship teams? I would love to see some of those
