Open the file and copy over the 'UK Megapack' folder to C:\Users\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\backgrounds
If you have downloaded my England, Scotland, N Ireland or Wales packs, delete these as they are no longer needed. Then go into game preferences and click 'clear cache' and 'reload skin'.
