IFK Goteborg are one of the most decorated football clubs in Scandinavia, with 13 league trophies and 8 Swedish cup wins. Whilst a Nordic club has never won the Champions League, Goteborg's two UEFA Cup wins in 1982 and 1987 remain the only European silverware won by a Scandinavian club.
