How Important Is Work Rate In FM24 - Football Manager 2024 Experiment

One of the most common questions that I get asked about Football Manager is how important is a certain attribute? This question isn't easily answered as most of the attributes go hand in hand with other attributes.

For some attributes though they can be unique to certain positions or roles on the pitch.

In this video we are going to look at work rate and the impact that it has on player development. I have set up two identical players.. well almost identical in FM24

Player A was blessed with his attributes and received 20 for his work rate attribute.
Player B wasn't so lucky and was only given a 3.

So I will run the experiment for 3 seasons to see which player will develop better in a sim of FM24 to see if work rate will help or hinder player development.

This is a retest due to the error and mistake in the first attempt.
