Alessandro Deiola now has a contract until 30th June 2022. Alessandro Deiola is now on loan to 
Spezia until 30th June 2021 paying 100% of wages. The loan deal includes an option to buy the player for £2m. Alessandro Deiola has had his loan with Lecce terminated.
