I'm gunna give this man his own thread as I think he deserves it. If there was a,
'life-time-achievement-award-for-being-the-best-free-transfer-player-you-can-sign-in-game-as-a-lower-divison-team-in-FM', then this guy would win it!

ever since FM2009 this lad has been on a free transfer. his stats are still amazing even now. I love him like a brother. hell, I've even emailed Bradford city to sign the man! please give it up for seyfo soley...



international, doesn't need a WP. hell, I would happily have his children! the best free DMC you can find for the last few years!

I'm gunna go on a mission to find him! but, if you don't fancy him in your team, here are some other worthy free DMC signings. in no particular order-

ha ha loving the description, I don't actually know of him so thanks very much for letting me know!

this guy has just been resigned by Fulham. he cost real Madrid over £17m in his pomp! injuries did plague his career but hes a cracking DMC!

this one is also a freebie. he's part Belgium so he will get a WP if you're managing in England.

needs no introduction to English football as he has been at the top of his game for years. still has great stats at 35 so will still have a lot to offer any below championship level club. cheap wage demands as well.



another familiar face to English football fans. at 36 he still has a season or two left in him with those stats for any league one level club and below. very cheap wage demands also.



released by Fulham and recently signed by Burnley. this Northern Ireland international will be a good signing for most championship level teams.

been a big fan of this player IRL & in-game. he is part French so he will defo get a WP. definitely mid championship level and below. cost Lens £4.1m in 2006!

not to be mistaken for the above player considering their similar spelling! had a bit of a nomadic career this lad for a 27 year old Nigerian international. not sure if he will get a WP but I think he can do a job for any low level championship club and below.



don't know too much about this lad, but he is 25 and a Greek international. a little low in the 'tackling' & 'passing' area, but solid everywhere else for a DMC. lower championship level.

Croatia is now part of the EU so a WP shouldn't be a problem for this twice capped 28 year old. lower championship level at best.




this heavily capped polish international was, "surprised" by the pace of the championship after he signed for Birmingham IRL. as a result he was let go after only a couple of outings. in-game, he looks okay overall. lower championship level again.



again, my knowledge of EU countries is sketchy at best but I think Slovenia is one so a WP should be ok for matic as he hasn't got that many caps. strange really because in-game he looks quality for any lower championship level club and Slovenia cant be blessed with many decent players.

another capped Croatian. TBH, looking down his stats, he only has one in single figures so that can only be a good thing! league one level at best.



I seem to be going up in age here but never mind. lots of caps for Mexico this one and has only ever played there. will he get a WP? not sure but worth a try. another one with great overall stats. lower championship level and below.



what a great name! this Cameroonian international probably wont get a WP if you're managing in England, but he's defo worth a shout for league one level teams abroad.

another heavily capped pole. lots of 17's & 18's in the right stat areas for a DMC. if he was 10 years younger he would be worth millions! lower championship level and below.



seems to be always on a free transfer this guy which is crazy considering how much he has achieved with Ghana. still only 32, his stats have taken a hit since previous versions, but he's defo worthy of being in this top 30. unfortunately, due to his international wilderness, he wont get you a WP but if you're managing abroad, league one level at best.



Birmingham fans may remember nafti after helping them return to the premiership with his no nonsense approach. at 34, he's knocking on a bit but stat wise he's looking pretty sound. lower championship and below.

this fella has played for Russian moneybags Anji before and during their rise but wasn't around to see their fall. some cracking stats for this 34 year old Senegalese international, make him a good signing for league one level teams. wont get a WP I'm afraid which is a shame.



41 caps for Chile in a career that has seen him play for some top sides. will he get a WP? doubtful, but worth a try with those stats. I don't mean to go on about the WPs, all the time, but I guess its good to know! if you're managing abroad, sign all of these listed! lower championship level and below again.



I don't know too much about this geezer, but he has been capped by turkey, has good DMC stats and has played in the top Turkish league all of his career. plus he's free. league one level.

free, 25, part Dutch, Angolan international seeks club. cracking stats. apply here if you're managing a league one level club.



a cracking 27 year old Brazilian here. again, forget the WP, but look no further than this guy if you manage a lower championship level team abroad. well worth it.



some solid stats here for this uncapped Portuguese player would make him a decent acquisition for any lower championship level club.

he's had his fair share of controversies, but I think his stats deserve a mention in this list. considering his age, league one level.



some really solid stats make this Slovenian a must for league one and below sides.



half Togo & half Brazilian??? whatever, his stats speak for themselves. unfortunately wont get a WP but you cant argue with those stats. defo league one level material.

his tackling isn't the best but you cant disagree with his high mental stats. a Slovakian international. not sure if he will get a WP.



I wish I was called Duplex instead of Dave...heyho, his history suggests he hasn't been with a club since 2008! crazy considering his stats and that he has earned a cap for Cameroon. wont get a WP but defo worth a look if you're managing abroad with a league one level team.



been a round the La Liga block this one and he has some good, solid stats. lower championship level and below.

crikey, its gunna kill me, but I have renamed the thread to 50! here goes...


not capped, but defo worth a mention. 18 for 'teamwork' & 'work rate' so he is worth a look for any division one level side.




lower leagues for this DR Congo international. he is a familiar face to the lower echelons of the English leagues, and for free, defo worth a try.



his name just trips off the tongue doesn't it? here's another DR Congo international that has found himself without a club. WP? doubtful for this league one level and below guy.

a Moroccan international who has been a stalwart for dynamo kiev for virtually all of his career. league one and below.



bummed around the lower leagues this one, but he has all the right stats for a decent DMC. below championship level. because he is Portuguese, a WP wont be a problem.



great all round stats for this half Italian guy, I think lower championship and below at best. WP will defo be accepted.

another Brazilian with great stats in the DMC area. wont get a WP. enough said.



lovely hair, lovely beard and a lovely second name. he will make a good signing for league one level teams and below. doubtful if he will get a WP.



44 caps for Paraguay speak volumes for this guy. plus he is eligible for Spain which means a WP wont be an issue. league one level.

another uncapped player that has been around the top divisions. cracking all round stats make this 31 year old a good signing for most championship level teams.



he has been a regular in the German second division this one which makes him eligible to play in England. gained a cap for Burkina Faso and looking at their squad, I trust he will gain more. league one level.



this oldster has played at some top Italian sides for all of his career. his stats still look quality. league one level.

half Italian with some good overall stats. defo worth a look.



another one who has bummed around in the lower leagues but I think with his above average stats, he deserves a mention.



not the most outstanding stats, but he has 40 Moldovan caps. league one level.

he might be more familiar to Spanish players, but I like his good all round stats. lower championship and below.



he maybe old, but he is eligible for Italy and his wage demands are low! say no more.
