When will we replace Mikel?

I can't believe I'm about to say this, but getting rid of Meireles seems like a mistake. He was impressive against Newcastle, and our midfield looked a lot more balanced there than it does with Lampard in there.

Yeah I'm surprised you let him go too. Thought he was an important part of your midfield towards the back-end of last season, especially in Europe. Think his agent is to blame personally.

I think Mikel didn't do bad at all.

He played the best game against Newcastle with Meireles like you said and he is doing decent job at the moment. Too bad we sold Meireles.

Mikel isn't the problem, he's been good generally this season. The issue is more Lampard than anything, he simply doesn't hold his midfield position and always ends up far too forward, leaving Mikel and the defence exposed. That was the difference between Meireles playing, he would actually play alongside Mikel, focusing on his defensive duties first and foremost. In the current system, Lampard is the weakest link.

That's a shit thread title.

It will be changed, don't panic.

The forum was giving me the shits, as you can see with first post. So left it as whatever it was in at the time.

If Franck ever replied to my PM, the title would be changed already.

In other news, David Luiz has signed a new 5 year deal until 2017.

I have to go back to the old forum to see that I have a new PM. I'm far too lazy to do that.

Important win against Le Arse.

With United playing Sp*rs and currently Citeh losing, could be a nice little buffer starting to separate us up the top.

Ballack was great for us, always did the dirty job. Too bad he didn't won CL with us, he deserve it.

Rafa would probably do a decent job if he was given time. Its amazing how low his reputation is in this country despite his record.

EDIT: HA, didn't realise they'd actually sacked Roberto. Chelsea, what a club.

Also I'll punch myself in the face if Benitez comes in.

So I might have to punch myself in the face later.
