Also I find it a little weird that Glenn Hoddle has a better grasp of the handball law than Howard Webb.
Refs are sick of us not scoring. Scoring in a first half is weird.

Rooney has scored in every match in 2016. Unstoppable.
Carroll off injured again. He must be in competition with Sturridge!

How much more is Fellaini going to get away with?

Ah he got booked, eventually.

Okay so that should be a penalty to Newcastle. And Fellaini should be sent off.

Such an abortion of a footballer.
Mike Dean MOTM confirmed.
YES!

Good goal.
Ergh.

Good finish though.

Fairly pleased with our first half, had a few chances and kept the ball reasonably well, although I think that is more to do with Palace not playing with a striker up front and struggling to make their counter attacks effective.
Fucking moronic from Smalling.
Not quite sure how you can give a pen for that when they're both being as bad as each other...
When we don't score we rarely concede but if we score we mostly concede, bloody frustrating United.

ROOOOOOOOONEEEEEYYYYYYY
YEEEEEEEESSS....get in!!!

Louis has been fantastic on the bench tonight. He was even on the touchline!

Giggs looks pissed off. Unbelievable.

Fuck me we are a joke in defence tonight.
Steve McClaren is some sort of prophet.
FUCKIN YESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been a good performance given our dreadful form, hopefully it will give us a little confidence to at least put up a fight rather than accepting relegation with a whimper.

Defend well, attack shit. Attack well, defend shit. Why the fuck can't we do both at the same time?

Missed two sitters, Fellaini's chance was so easy to score.

WHAT.......A........GAME............ fantastic entertainment tonight, obviously i am disappointed we didn't win, but its a breath of fresh air to see a game like that...
I thought Newcastle were a bit better than United at the end! Was a great second half!

There was improvement in attack, intent and forward passing, but we were an absolute mess at the back. Throwing away a two goal lead against a side in the bottom three is dire. And we made Newcastle look good, when in actuality they are shit.

Great to see Van Gaal's passion on the bench (at last) but there was room for a baffling decision, taking Herrera off and keeping Fellaini on.

Six wins in our last 20 matches. Meh.

LOOOOL fucking hell
Don't know how Fellaini stayed on the pitch, plenty of fouls for two yellows. Then again, Mike Dean was arguably the poorest performer on the pitch.

Aye Fellaini should have walked, never a pen in years and we should have had another one but never mind.

Draw was a fair result, Man Utd are terrible, we weren't even that good and we matched them.
What annoys me at the minute is the abandonment of the 'philosophy'. What I liked about Van Gaal despite the ups and the downs was that he seemed to have some sort of idea what he was doing, a way of playing the game, and a track record to back up his claims. It wasn't always pretty to watch, and its been pretty shite at times, but at least it was something. Since the shits hit the fan we've played expansive, but worse football, trying to emulate something different. Today was something out of the David Moyes era, we'd moved on from that, so why we've gone back there out of desperation I don't know.

Oh and:

2 in our last 12, too.

Against the mighty Swansea and an injury time penalty against Sheffield United.

Told you we wouldn't beat you ha.

Things are worse than I thought tbf, I watched you against Sheffield too and it was dire.

Rooney was good tonight, mind.
Standard Rooney to only play well against Newcastle. Douche.
