Buying FM through the banner ad

Tried to buy FM13 through the banner ad and I'm supposed to get an e-mail with a download link and it's been 24 hours and I haven't got one. Is this usual?

Im having the same problem. Ive paid through Paypal, received the paypal receipt but with no link in it. Very annoyed now as I will have to wait til tomorrow for an answer to my email and I wanted to get it downloaded tonight. Might just cancel and buy it through Steam

I'm very sorry that you guys are having problems, we work through a 3rd party that was recommended to us by Sports Interactive (the creators of FM) and so far they've been very helpful. If you have any problems in your communications with them, then please let me know and if you haven't done so already please get in contact with them directly
