MLS Season 2017 - with Data Update 3

I did it the hard way, played the game "on holiday" until 2 February 2017 which is start of pre-season. Then edited all the transfers and loans directly into a saved game. Then terminated all the regens and saved again. It should be about 95% accurate for MLS and NASL. Has anyone found an easier way?

I'm playing as manager of Toronto FC in this saved game.
