Newbie needing help with Graphics

Sorry if this is in the wrong place,I used to play FM regiously in 2012 and never had a problem putting graphics on, Im just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, is there anyway to download the cut out face packs just by leagues?

I'm afraid it's not possible to do anything like that. People move clubs quickly and try to sort downloads by club, division or nation is simply impossible to keep up with. If you download the latest torrent version, you should have a good enough base to work with. You can then download update packs 9.01 to 9.07 to be completely up-to-date
