Football Manager 2018 Early Access Beta OUT NOW!

The Football Manager 2018 Early Access Beta is now available to download and play for anyone who has purchased from a participating digital retailer.

As ever, any save started in the beta will be able to be carried over into the full version when it’s released on November 10th.

At this early stage there is no pre-game or in-game editor, no Steam Workshop or FM Store and online game modes (including Fantasy Draft) are not available until the full release of the game.

If you’ve pre-ordered via Steam the game should already be available in your Steam library, so you’ll be able to launch once you’ve downloaded and installed the game. For those who have ordered from non-Steam digital retailers, your code should have been sent to you via email. Please follow the following instructions to activate and begin the installation process.

If you find the game is downloading slowly, this may be because you like thousands of other loyal FM fans are desperate to play the game, so please be patient!

As you’re probably aware by now this version of Football Manager is not the finished article and certain aspects of gameplay may change ahead of full release. We have a Build Notes list which contains some of the known issues which you may spot, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with these.
