In-Game Editor Question

Currently in my FM save I'm trying to move a coach at one club to being a manager at a different club, but can't work out how to do it, can anyone offer any help? Tried just flat out moving them to the club and it made them an U20s manager, despite the first team not having a manager at all. Can't seem to edit the job they get once they're at the club either, totally stumped!

In staff details in the editor you need to out his manager role to 20 and everything else to 1, this will then make his preferred staff role asanager. When you move him to another club he will become manager as manager is his default staff role.
