Level 9 download won't work - General Discussion - FM13

I have been trying to download the Level 9 download, but aren't having much luck! It downloads fine, but then when loading the game up, this error message comes up....

Anybody know how to get around this?

Seems the image i uploaded along with this post won't load

.

It just says that 6 teams get relegated from regional leagues but none get promoted.
