Apple English Leagues

After the failure of the England National Team for 40+ years, the FA have came up with a plan to boost English football, and develop more top class English players, without being overshadowed by foreign imports. Apple have sponsored the new league pyramid to help funding, as well as Sky covering the matches on their Sports channels...

Linfield - League Three (Taken over by Peter Jones from Dragons Den)

Apple Elite League
16 teams.
26 man squad registered - Maximum 10 foreigners.
14th-16th placed teams relegated.
12th-13th face off. The looser is relegated.

Apple League One
16 teams.
26 man squad registered - Maximum 10 foreigners.
1st-3rd placed teams promoted.
4th-5th face off. The winner is promoted.
14th-16th placed teams relegated.
12th-13th face off. The looser is relegated.

Apple League Two
16 teams.
26 man squad registered - Maximum 10 foreigners.
1st-3rd placed teams promoted.
4th-5th face off. The winner is promoted.
13th-16th placed teams relegated.
11th-12th face off. The looser is relegated.

Apple League Three
32 teams split into 2 divisions.
26 man squad registered - Maximum 10 foreigners.
1st-2rd placed teams promoted.
3rd-4th face off. The winner is promoted.
15th-16th placed teams relegated.
14th-13th face off (4 teams altogether). The looser is relegated (2 teams relegated).

Apple League Four
32 teams split into 2 divisions.
26 man squad registered - Maximum 10 foreigners.
1st-2rd placed teams promoted.
3rd-4th face off. The winner is promoted.
15th-16th placed teams relegated.

Blue Square Premier
24 teams.
1st-3rd placed teams promoted.
4th-7th face off in play-offs. The winner is promoted.
21th-24th placed teams relegated.

FA Cup
Winner enters Europa League next season.
Includes every team from League Four and up.

Community Shield
Elite League Winner vs FA Cup Winner

Carlsberg Cup
League Three and Four enter.

Conference Cup
Teams from Blue Square Premier and below enter.

Each Team has an Under 23 and U19 team
