How often can players transfer between the A and B team? Only during transfer windows?

It will lead to big clubs like City, Chelsea, Utd etc buying basically every young "talent" in the lower leagues and throwing them into their B teams. That is not a good scenario for the current lower league teams

How is that any different to what they can do atm though, it isn't really.
Well it is different, because of the reason the big clubs want it introduced: To produce players who play the same type of football the A team play. The reserve/U21/U18 leagues aren't enough "quality" apparently for the big clubs so they want to play against already established teams.

Sending one player on loan to Bristol, and one to Tranmere is different than having an entire team together in the leagues

I highly doubt it will happen to the boogie man levels people think it will, but at any rate that basically happens anyway. e.g. Powell, Zaha to United; Walcott, Jenkinson, AOC to Arsenal; Bale, Rose, Walker, Naughton etc to Tottenham; Stones, Gosling to Everton and so on.

I don't see what your point is here? Clubs already have youth teams, so its not like they're going to be buying more players just to field a side.

Well yes but teams already buy up the best young talent and leave them in the reserves and younger squads, its not like it'd be something new just they will just potentially be playing at a higher level and with their own club.
Speaking of stupid fans on Twitter.

They should at least with til EPPPPPPPPPP is in full effect and see what the outcomes of that are

I find the idea that players are crying because the club failed to win something rather than they as individuals a bit weird.
Few debuts for us tonight by the sounds of things. Exciting.
De Gea, Valencia, Jones, Smalling, Büttner, Carrick, Fellaini, Kagawa, Januzaj, Lawrence, Wilson.

Subs: Amos Vidic M. Keane Mata Giggs Young Van Persie

Cannot wait to see Wilson play.
Don't think a loan limit would work. Rich clubs would just copy the Udinese-model and get satellite clubs to "buy" the players.

We kind of essentially already do that with Vitesse

Disappointing to see Valencia at right back over Valera given the rest of that side.

Aye its bad enough now even though they have to pay. It'll be even worse given that the terms of EPPP means they can hoover up any remotely promising talent for peanuts. Some clubs are already closing down academies, and even then, the damn thing only passed because the Premier League behaved like cunts and refused to give any money to youth development unless this plan was passed.

You'd like to think they could create a situation that pleases everyone, but no. Apparently what's good for the Premier League is good enough for the England team. Equally, it just seems like a lazy attempt to emulate Spain, even though the academy graduates of 2 or 3 teams comprise their entire national squad. I'm not dumb enough to say it doesn't work for them, because it does. But its too disparate here, and this is the wrong solution.

Fellaini is playing as a number 10.

Kill me.
Such a blatant penalty, beggars belief how he doesn't give that.

It's not.

Something to do with it being a rearranged 3PM kick off. It's been pretty dire so far though.
What channel are you watching it on? Which American channel

Terrible commentators.
Trevor Francis is such a wanker.

And this game is dire.
WILSSSSSSOOOOOOON

Might be if he could get involved in the final third without giving the ball away.
Crowd sound dead. Where's Martin Tyler to mention that every 20 seconds?

Genuinely think Lawrence could be putting in a claim to have had a better season for United than Young and Valencia in 45 minutes here.
