Default Player Profile Panels

So i've downloaded a skin which I like, the only problem is that it has different player profile panels than the original. I asked the skin author who wasn't much help so i'm asking if anyone can post the original player profile panels please?

just delete the player profile panels from the panels folder in the skin. I think the file is called player profile personal details.xml
