Player Swaps

Just a thought really.

It's not a feature I've used all that often, infact other than on network games I haven't used it at all. Has anyone had much success in the past with this or advised on the best way to use it?

Would be quite useful if part of the swap could involve the loan of a player in the opposite direction as many do in real life. (This may be available already? As I say I never use it)
