Genuine question, why did you post a different source than the one you post as a cut? Doesn't make a lot of sense...
I actually think hj's source is slightly better as he's looking straight on, although your cut is perfectly fine.

I tried. But the hair is very difficult and takes a long time.
There is a dominant red in the hair that I can't remove.
It is visible with a black background.
I think Cizzu's source is slightly better because the hair is more graying, and so slightly more recent..
That's a perfectly good cut, I didn't see much red either. I tried removing some of the red using the clone stamp tool as per the below:
