That source is way too small and unquality,this one is a bit older,but with almost same look.

@Baja, the one you posted is from 2015 so I haven't cut it, even though it's excellent. I've cut the one requested and another one I found which I thought would be an improvement (it isn't); both attached.

The one I've uploaded is the one which is more recent and has better hair quality imo, even though he's not looking at the camera.

Just a heads up, the pic looks like it was already cut out, hence the hair being a bit choppy around the edges. If anybody is good with that you may be able to tidy it up a bit.
