Update:I have verified both the Israel and Palestine league in the editor data file to make them compatible version 24.3 of the game.
I'm working on updating it now. I didn't realize that it wasn't compatible with latest update.
If anyone would like to help me with supplying images for the club logos, cities and stadiums for the clubs in Norfolk just reply in this thread or send me a PM
I'm not sure what's causing that issue because when I try it it's working fine.Could you send a screenshot of what the issue is?
I have also made the Gaeltacht region in Ireland.Adding several towns to the database and making them all have Irish first language.

The only limitation with projects like this is the number of nations available in the database but otherwise it's relatively simple to alter the extinct nations.The way to get the transfer policy is a bit finicky however.
I tried to add it too and it was just like you said.Seems like it's a case similar to the nations in the database where there is a fixed length list of nations it reads from and will come back with an error when you try to exceed that list length.
In relation to the ‘tism, I think this game kind of attracts a fanbase who are all somewhat on that spectrum so you shouldn’t feel bad about that.

Update: In latest update I've added agreements to the relationships of some major nations in the game.

The agreements are more of a resource to be used in the editor to make projects or alter transfer policies of nations.In game the only way to see them is by the overview page of each nation.
Update: I noticed some errors with the groupings of the existing agreements. for some reason the EU, EEA, etc had random nations included probably due to some glitch in the editor. I've corrected it now.

To alter the transfers it's required to individually alter the the relationships and transfer preferences of each nation. The agreements in the game serve as a simple way to add a grouping of nations to the relationships of other nations.
I've been working on the version for FM24.I think I should be able to release it soon.I'm not able to create graphics for it unfortunately.
I believe it should still be functional with 24.3
You're welcome bud! I've actually never heard of a rule like this but it seems pretty cool. makes it so teams are given incentive to develop their own players, which is good.

This type of thing would be an option in the advanced rules. If you'd like to see how it's done you should copy the existing rules for either Hungary or Poland in the game. To do this you just add nation rules and select the option to add leagues to exist...

In my Al-Palestino project I used existing agreements to establish players to be listed as non foreign and similiar to EU in Palestine and it has worked out well for me.
To change nations listed as non foreign you need to go onto Hungary in the editor and then open the tab for “relationships” and under that there's option for transfer preferences, continent preferences, countries that are like EU and countries that are tr...
