The problem with the source you used is that the face is only ~180px tall, which means you lose quality when upscaling it to 250px. Having a recent, up-to-date cutout is desirable but not if it means a significant downgrade in image quality. He also cut his hair shorter again recently, so the source from Silkeborg's website is already outdated.

Did you use an AI image upscaler or a noise reduction filter for this cutout? Compared to the source image your cutout has lost a lot of details and looks excessively smoothened. (fyi @mons)

The image submitted by @jojokoning is Jon McLaughlin (30020653). I've rejected it as he already has a good quality, front-facing cutout.

Not too sure if this is the correct forum for my question.

How reliable a source of info is the website Transfermrket? I know in terms of deals and contract extension it's sound.

In Slavia Prague B team there is a played called Martin Subert. In FM22 he's a CB and his height is 198 cm and then according to Transfermrket he is a CM and his height is 179 cm. That's almost 2ft of a difference. I can't find anything on Slavia's website about the player, for some reason their B teams page isn't working.

Also, try and centre the face more in the middle of the 250px canvas - your cututs tend to have the face a bit too far over to the right-hand side.

Because while the image dimensions are large, the face in that image is still less than 200px tall, which means it would lose quality if it is resized for a 250px cutout.

This face is warped.. I don't like faces that are stretched to cover exactly one square (250x250). It's really unnatural.

@DIEGOHDMI Before making any more requests, please read this thread to understand what we're looking for in terms of source image quality. A small, already-cut image like this one won't make for a better quality cutout than the player already has, considering the face in a source image needs to be large enough for a 250*250px sized cutout. In the future, you should upload the original source image where possible instead. 👍
