I have 2 suggestions for now:

1. Is it possible to let users know if they already downloaded image before (just like with Megapack updates :"You last downloaded on - " ).It would be good to know the last 'harvest' time so to avoid downloading duplicates.
2. Preview frame (box) with black (or both black and white) background so cut imperfections could be seen straight away?

Actually,there is a way to save images from that website.You need Firefox browser.
Open St. Mirren webpage.Move your cursor to the top of the screen,then right click and activate Menu bar (if it's not shown already).Click on Tools -> Page Info.New window will pop up.Click on the Media tab,and there they are,images that could be saved
Note that this doesn't work on some websites.Here is how one of them look like:
P.S.: mickbhoy mate,background in these images is green,and that is one of the hardest colors to cut out,so I will cut them,if you don't mind?

Here is the fixed Eredivisie megapack originally uploaded by nkunku.
Fixed dimensions,snow,dirt,centering.Such a shame there is a lot of "chicken necks".
@mons Mate,I didn't compared them against current cuts,so unfortunately you have to go through them all
Anyways...here it is....388 images + 6 noids...

When you select Crop tool,set it's options like displayed below:
Position the box with your mouse by dragging the center points of the top and bottom line ,1-2 pixels of empty space above the head and below the chin,including few pixels of the collar.Note that if process of doing that become somehow "jumpy",hold CTRL key while dragging the lines of the box,it will become more accurate.
After that,just use left and right arrow on keyboard to center the image with help of visible squares in the grid.
