Yes,it's not that hard to master it.Only thing you really need is patience and some sense of aesthetics.Then after few months of intensive cutting,you will be annoyed and sick of it,as every repetitive job is extremely boring.Then you will be cherry picking requests containing crystal clear source images,skipping the older ones.

Some of the cuts done quickly are also not for paid members and paid members have to wait a longer time?

Premium membership has nothing to do with priority of cutting requests.Cutters are not employees and are not paid,therefore premium members are not "buying" quickly done images.
Hope that makes sense.

Fantastic cuts mate,but please avoid cropping exactly to the chin line,make room for 1 or 2 pixels more.Also when people have double chin (podbradak) like the second guy,make it visible too
