@Francesco Bussolotti Not bad, but we would like to have cuts cropped within 2-3 pixels of the chin. It's also very much recommended to use remove.bg to remove the background from the source image, it basically does all the work for you and gives very clean results.
Here's a video showing the full cutting process if that helps

@Hudson Valla Does it show you how many images are in that faces folder and is there a config file in there? Judging by the numbers there are definitely a lot of faces missing, so it might not have extracted properly

You can always adjust changes in the update file yourself if you open it in the editor, in this case just untick that ‘fee to buy' option and it should be removed in-game.
The editor will appear if you enable ‘tools' here
