I want to edit all teams transfer budgets and wage budgets.How can i do that without in-game editor like a using database.
I want that because i downloaded database and some teams sell their best players but doesn't get money.Transfer budgets still same begining.Its unfair.
For example i play with Frankfurt.They sold Jovic and Haller but budgets are still same.
If i use editor and give to my team a budget its will be unfair too because the other teams still have same budget and big teams like a Real M. spent a lot of money bot budget still same you know what i mean.
