There are at least 2, so I'm not sure it's right

Can I have a screenshots of:
a) the location of this folder (ideally by showing me the path in the properties or somewhere else, because Macs don't have the path clearly visible as in Windows)
b) the contents of this folder

What graphics have you downloaded? Are you sure you've downloaded them fully and correctly?

i am pretty confident. i have put it in the only fm 20 folder on my mac

i am on mac and have put a "graphics" folder inside the football manager 20 folder but when i clear chache and tick the boxes it still doent seem to work?
