My mistake, I named the last two v7 (if you check the folder) renamed it now to v8

Guys, you set this up usually at the beginning where you set up you game manager face etc, there is a box to tick/untick that says teach me about new concepts

They are complete morons mate, always have been with things like this.
It happens most years where they release a patch to fix one thing only to screw up something else.
This method does work though as I have done it myself with my portrait picture as below….

If you have not seen this Yes. The code has removed and the old code doesn't work. So, for use a own manager profile picture you will have to add your own picture to the "player picture folder" with the ID of you as a manager. According an explanation in Skinning Hodeout forum, since FM 24.2 a manager is considered a "regen" picture. you will need to add "-r" to the code. So if your ID# is for example: "2002117708" the code in the config.xml in the player pictures folder will need to show: <record from="r-2002117708" to="graphics/pictures/person/r-2002117708/portrait"/>
