Good to hear. It should theoretically work with the lnc files as well. Perhaps 15.3 includes a fix for the bug which did not allow the concurrent use of the Japanese league file and this download

Yeah I confirm my changes work in 15.3, I only updated transfers in Asia and the CA/PA of players and they all seem to work

Mons I just tried without the edt/lnc files, just with the DB files and it works, all players are there, all teams have the right names. It seems to be working

I won't download the update then lol, I have too many heavy changes and updates to my country's league in my editor data folder, it would annoy me to death if they disappeared
