It's a lot better than your previous cuts and it's a rather hard source image to work with. His hair is missing some details and such, but in overall it's a good start. If I were you I would start with better source images and then move towards the harder ones. I did quick cut of that same picture and here's what it looks like by me. It could be a lot better, but I didn't spend too much time with it as it's just an example.

There's no snow, but the hair seems to have plenty of sharp edges, which don't look natural to me. But it's hard to tell without seeing the source image. Definitely a lot improvement though.

Yes everything like in the instructions was done properly. I can't find the issue and I have to use another real name fix by Daniel to have the correct team names

Well I am stuck on this issue since a very long time now, I made sure that I did everything according to the instructions like every year, but yet I have fake team names when using it with Susie's real name fix...

On the same link that you posted there are people with the same problem as me:

" just did a clean install (to get rid of the 'Susie real name fix', to see if that was the problem), still have wrong teamnames, while all the files were correctly installed and all the rest works correct too. Guess I'll be playing with 'Saitama' and 'Okayama' this year then :p
