Had genuinely forgot how many points you get for a win. This win came about thanks to another set of edits, stripped it totally back to how I've always set up in FM. A mix of Dutch ideas and FM experiences. Inside forwards and poachers.

May try to get into international management, will be a nice change getting sacked from a nation and not a club. Plus, you can't get relegated while managing a national team. Well, I don't think you can.

Blah, blah, been busy. Played about five games, lost roughly nine of them.

So anyways, I'm tactically playing, watching in 3D for the first time since forever. Deciding on some shite, playing with some shite, my thoughts;
- High defensive line is doing nothing for me, teams are getting through at every opportunity, away it goes
- May play a stopper/cover, or just one normal CB and a cover CB
- Have my wingers as Defensive Wingers because of them playing AMR/AML, so far I'm impressed
- Moved my lone striker from STC to STCL, I found he was sitting on top of my AMC way too much, will see how this works out
- Unticked retained possession, too much slow ball movement, I want quick play

Had a couple of South American interviews but didn't get them, now just had a few months of rejecting European jobs left, right and centre.

The fact Israeli second division clubs are allowed no scouts (FM bug surely), is also hurting me. There's one on the books already and he's half decent, but it doesn't half slow down the scouting process. Having to make full use of my Head of Youth Development and his player judgement skills.

Overall a good season on paper, but I'm still a little disappointed by things. We were dogged by shite defending and inconsistency. The bloody attack was amazing, just the rest of the team let us down.

Gonna lose a lot of good loan players so it will be a very busy summer, tactics wise I'll be looking to build round the 4312 and try to upgrade personnel. If the defence still isn't up to the standard I want next year then things will change tactically.
