Found one that didn't have a watermark over the face - shame it's from 2018 though, maybe he'll have a decent source with Birmingham in the future.
This is from last season, it would be better to request a source from this season despite it not being as large considering the player's age and his different hairstyle.

@NaiSousa Unfortunately the source image from Santos' website is too small to be useful for making a good quality cutout from, but I found this source from earlier this year on their Flickr page 🙂
Yeah, if you've already downloaded the FC12 kitpack for the SPFL for example, you can use the config from that folder and just download the images from the club's profile pages here if you save them with the same filename as the FC12 kits.
It looks like they're just placeholders converted from the 3D kits for now. I don't think anyone is currently working on making a proper kitpack for the SPFL unfortunately.

As far as I'm aware it's the same person. For some reason his UID was changed between FM19 and FM20.The first image you linked was added to the Cutout Megapack 2012, the other is a more up-to-date one added in 2020.
You can right click > Inspect Element to get the image URL
You can change “medium.jpg” to “orig.jpg”, but it seems that's the largest size they uploaded to their website. Have you checked the club's facebook/twitter pages? Sometimes clubs post larger versions there.

@MathiasKP The player's face in these sources won't be large enough to make this pack an improvement over the current cutouts. Try and look for larger source images - for example Sorare and Worldfootball have larger sources for RB Salzburg players.
In this case, the original, larger source was easily found on google images 😉
