Judging by your screenshot you are missing a lot of files. Delete what you have and download the complete pack again using chrome so you can resume any interruptions and then make sure you got the full file downloaded 👍

It is up to you if you want to remove any folders once you have downloaded the pack. Some skin still uses the back left and back right logos so they are staying i the pack 👍

When the boxes are black like yours there is a working config somewhere, but leads to no picture. If there where no config there would be a default picture from flut skin. So start with removing everything you have download from the background pack....
