The problem is that the picture has .JPG as its file extension. The game only shows picture with lower case letters as file extensions (.jpg)
try this one (and I think you need to delete the old one first... not overwrite it):

Most of them are already (as pointed out by Skywalker) in the mega pack. you can find them by search here : https://sortitoutsi.net/search/database?q=&game_id=10&type=team the easiest way to search is by UID, but name or part of the name works...
well.... Something must have changed.... the logos don't just stop showing..... It seems to be a config problem. If the only problem is that your small club logos don't show and nothing else is wrong there is a simple solution. put this config...
