Select the league your players are in and click on “overview”, then select “follow” from the drop down menu.
Have you selected their leagues in high enough detail in preferences and also selected “follow” in the leagues ? If not, match highlights will not be shown.

I'm guessing there's a language barrier here but as regards match sounds, they are not stadium or team-specific. We haven't reached that kind of level yet in FM.

Boot colours are hard coded in the game and change with every match, so it's not really an issue.

Most balls are taken from photographs, it's how you edit them that determines if they look good in the game or not. They have to be tailored to the limitations of the match engine.

Read my previous comment. Your balls are inconsistent. Some too light, some too dark and too much shading on some. You're free to try of course but you're not benefitting to quality 3d match balls I'm afraid. It's not as straightforward as it looks.
