It's absolutely fine to keep it uploaded for people to use, apologies for not getting back to you. Next year we are looking into making it viable to submit VCs too so it can all go through the system.

The Susie Update removes the transfer embargo, the reason it won't appear is because of files in the actual games database that set the emabrgos to be active, you would need to edit them.

Back from holiday and will get to work on this in the next day or so.
It'll all depend on what variables the game itself uses to determine these things unfortunately.
There were some tweaks with the system that appears to have messed with the loans, bear with us.

It wouldn't effect injuries, but remember that you're using completely different squads to the vanilla game, some things will just change by default.

Just to check, you are using the Winter Update correct?
The file is not damaged, or else nobody would be able to play Spain ever.
Do you have anything else installed such as the Susie real name fix? Clashes between the two are known sometimes, but the file isn't broken.
It's all conjecture currently, until there is confirmation he is definitely moving he won't be in the update either.

Hey MT, you can actually submit all these transfers yourself using our transfer submission system. Once you've submitted them they'll go for approval and will appear in the next build after they've been approved!
This will need to be added via the game editor, the website submission structure doesn't support this unfortunately.
At present there is no shirt number submission function.
Work will carry on continuously and is already highly accurate, it's certainly playable as things stand.
You need to delete all old files in your editor data folder and then install the latest update to ensure there are no conflicting files, using the update alongside old files or files form other updates can cause conflicts.
Don't speak to me like that, the reason we need to try to wait for the clubs to confirm on deadline day is so we don't get caught out by any that collapse and don't get spotted, of which plenty do.

The names of teams are entirely down to the game itself as far as I know, I've not edited any names at all.
For the record using the real name fix in conjunction with the update sometimes can cause issues so use at your own risk.

Always delete ALL other files in your editor data folder before installing the latest files to ensure there are no problems with data confliction.
Spain 100% works if just the files in the download are used, always delete older files.

Hey, you can actually do this yourself using our transfer system. Hover your mouse over data update, then click on the "Submit Change" option. Then click DB search and use the search engine to find players and staff to submit transfers!
