As Cyrmu has stated above, players and whether they appear depending the size database you are running and their reputation in the game stats, Kanu's must be too low for smaller database settings.
You need to delete old files whenever you install a new update to ensure there are no conflicting files.

If you wait for the latest build you'll find it has been completed.
You MUST delete the old files before adding the new ones to ensure there are no conflicting files.
Added some based on information available, if you have DOBs and places of birth that'd be a plus.
The extra files are only for FM2016 I am afraid.
They'll be added shortly.
Update now has a similar files including some of this season's.

Mikel Arteta is now a coach, he retired.
Players are still in the database, it will depend how large a DB you load when you select your leagues, they're not removed from our DB.

All the co-effs have been updated, for some reason it is fussy when it comes to the Greeks, it's on "the list".

The Franklyn Clarke who signed for York isn't in the database, this is a different one unfortunately.
Unfortunately the data files are only for FM16 Konstantin.
Just a note to everyone, leagues which have had structural changes (be it rules, number of teams etc) are updated as best as currently possible, each will need separate files to make the changes.
They'll be in the next version of the leagues file which is released in the next day or so.
