Please keep in mind the quality of the current cut @Geeor before deciding to cut a new image. This might be more recent, but the sharpness is noticeable less.
@Geeor For future cuts, keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
Then let's see screenshots of the lnc folder in all your folders 👍
It's got nothing to do with the cut-out megapack, so best speak with the creator of the file and its facepack 👍

These have had better cuts produced recently @Krazias, so these aren't improvements.

Bit of snow on this one @Ruslanincha. It's quite easy to spot and clean, by putting it through remove.bg another time if need be, then using the below technique:
You don't have the full megapack, which should have around 460,000 images. Even if you'd just downloaded the 2024.00 base pack, you should have 435,378 cuts, and you're a good bit short of that. Moreover, I have no idea where you got that config file from...
