This is not the right way to submit requests for the data update. Find the person's profile in the site's database and submit it there.
If you use Google Chrome, you should be able to resume the download at the point it was interrupted.
It shouldn't take you that amount of time either, tbh, but the issue is not just that the file is very large but that it contains well over half a million files, which amount affects how slowly it extracts. Let it extract overnight
It's an enormous file and it'll certainly take a while to extract, and there's not much which can be done to speed that up tbh. Try and have as few concurrent applications running as possible to focus all the system resources and speed up...

As already indicated here, these were all cut very well from excellent and very similar sources in the last few weeks, so they don't really need to be done again.
If you use remove.bg to pre-cut sources and photopea.com to work on the resulting cuts, you'll get much better results. All of these tools are free too

You can use editor data files in different versions of the game, no problem. I've had files I've been using for 3, 4 or 5 years which still work perfectly fine. You might occasionally need to tweak some minor stuff from one version to the other...

You should be able to replicate steps 1-3 of the installation process, using the respective folder instead of the Steam ones. Can I have screenshots of the folders on your PC as displayed in step 3?
Where did you put the editor data files, though?
I play it on Steam so I can't really tell what the folder structure for Epic Games is or would be.
Can you post screenshots of where you're placing the files from this download? Perhaps I can suggest alternatives.
