It may be an issue with the Spanish language or with the columns you were using before the update. Add the name columns and remove any which you do not want and it'll be fine

The process is the same for FM20 and all previous FMs, so whichever changes you had in mind using lnc files for English clubs should work just fine

Very easy to tell. Try moving the graphics to a temporary folder and see if FM loads without them. Where exactly are you placing your graphics?
