Definitely getting through these quicker, 11(and a third) down, 13 to go.
Has been discussed before, in the pregame/ingame editor, remove any kits that have a competition listed, it's a fairly common issue and I'm not sure why SI haven't sorted it, or why anyone hasn't found a config fix if there is one.

Np, not 100% cohesive but it's a lot of effort making templates with an organised structure, I generally just put the PSD's in a folder according to brands

Ipswich have signed a new sponsorship deal starting next season, this season's red kit will include the Magic Vegas logo for the rest of the season
Attempts thus far have been..... let's just say unsuccessful hoping that my next one won't end in a sacking

Alternate kits afaik are just a matter of swapping the kit in the folder, I don't know of any way to put them in the game other than that but there are a few alternate kits that I personally prefer here and there so I put them there for ease of acc...
There's some NLS kits here, I'll have a bash at Oxford City on Friday as I'm away from home till then, if I'm remembering rightly the green away kit is quite nice so should enjoy that
They're pretty simple to change actually as long as you have an image, all you need is photoshop, open up the image in there and get it down to 400x240 size, then fx (at the bottom of the layers bit), stroke, make the colour black, Position set as In...
There's a few SI' ones that aren't very good, they wanna get some of the kitmakers here on board

That very one yeah, it's a faff having to do it before a new save but the in-game one I find a ballache
In the FM18 editor go into Gateshead in the clubs, then kits rather than kit combinations, third kit, add new kit, then fiddle about with the colours etc.
