After West Ham were relegated from the Premier League, the club needed a fresh start. I have taken the manager job with a strict philosophy: I will never sign a player older than 20. This football manager youth challenge focuses entirely on developing talent rather than buying established stars. Starting in season two, I am also offloading any player aged 30 or older to ensure the squad remains young and hungry. This series follows my attempt to take the club from the lower divisions back to Premier League glory and eventually win the Champions League.
